The cookies and browser storage used on the cockpitai.net.br website and in the Cockpit AI dashboard.

Cookies and local storage are small files that the website keeps in your browser. The necessary ones make the website work and do not depend on permission. Measurement and marketing ones are only used if you allow them in the cookie banner, and you can change the choice at any time under “Cookie preferences”, in the footer.
1. Necessary (always on)

Inside the CRM, the dashboard also stores usage preferences in the browser (for example, the last tab opened and whether the tour has been seen). They do not leave your browser.

No data typed into forms (name, email, phone) is sent to Google or Meta by the website.
4. Where nothing optional runs
Inside the dashboard and the CRM, on the password and invitation pages, and on client companies' pages (property storefront, forms and satisfaction surveys) there is no Cockpit AI CRM measurement or marketing cookie.
5. How to control them
- Change your choice at any time under “Cookie preferences”, in the website footer.
- You can also delete and block cookies in your browser settings. Without the session cookie, the dashboard does not work.
- Declining measurement and marketing changes nothing about how you use the website and the CRM.
