Terms of Use (EULA)
The license agreement for using Cockpit AI: the website, the dashboard, the CRM, the AI agents and the Android and iOS apps.
Updated October 30, 2026 · Privacy Policy
By creating an account, accepting an invitation, subscribing to a plan or using Cockpit AI — on the cockpitai.net.br website, in the dashboard or in the apps — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Anyone who accepts on behalf of a company declares that they have the authority to do so, and the company is bound by these terms.
1. Who provides the service
For Cockpit AI purchases paid in Brazilian reais, the contracting party is Cockpit AI CRM Ltda, CNPJ 57.319.942/0001-54, Av. Franz Voegelli, 900, Indl. Autonomistas, Osasco/SP, CEP 06020-190; for purchases paid in US dollars, it is TLJ Tech Systems and Development, LLC. In this document, the two are referred to as “Cockpit AI CRM”, and you — the person or company that uses the service — as “Customer”.
Support: atendimento@cockpitai.net.br, phone (11) 5026-5199 and WhatsApp +1 (711) 777-7704, Monday to Friday, during Brasília business hours.
2. License to use
Cockpit AI CRM grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use Cockpit AI for as long as the account or plan is in effect, for the Customer's internal business purposes. The service is offered as cloud software: no code is delivered and nothing is installed locally, except for the mobile apps, which are just another way of accessing the same account.
The license does not allow sublicensing, reselling, assigning or making the service available to third parties who are not part of the Customer's team.
3. Account, workspace and team
- Each person uses their own account, with an email and password. The Customer is responsible for what is done with their team's accounts and must keep passwords confidential.
- The CRM is organized into workspaces (one company per workspace). Whoever creates the workspace owns it and decides who joins, with which profile, and what each profile can see and do.
- Registration information must be truthful. A false phone number or email may prevent the account from being created or lead to it being blocked.
- The service is intended for people over 18 and for professional use.
4. Free trial, plans and billing
- The free trial lasts the number of days stated on the website (currently 7 days), does not require a card and has limited features (no inviting the team and no paid integrations). At the end of the trial, the workspace is closed until a plan is purchased; the data is kept.
- Plans are charged by number of users, monthly or annually, on a recurring basis and in advance, to a credit card, through Stripe. WhatsApp lines, email marketing quotas, agents and other add-ons are charged separately, at the price shown at the time of purchase.
- Renewal is automatic at the end of each period, until cancellation.
- When you change plans in the middle of a period, the difference is settled in the following invoices, according to Stripe's rules.
- Prices may change. The change applies from the next renewal onward, and you will be notified in advance.
- Fees charged by third parties — for example, the conversations and message templates charged by Meta on WhatsApp — follow those third parties' rules and prices.
- Amounts do not include taxes that the law assigns to the Customer.
5. Withdrawal and refunds
The complete rules are in the Refund Policy (cockpitai.net.br/reembolso), which is part of these terms. In summary:
- Right of withdrawal: within 7 (seven) calendar days of the first purchase of a plan or add-on over the internet, the Customer may withdraw and receive a full refund of the amount paid (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 49).
- After that period, cancellation can be made at any time, without penalty: access continues until the end of the period already paid and there are no new charges, but the current period is not refunded, not even proportionally.
- Automatic renewals do not reopen the withdrawal period.
- Duplicate charges or charges made by error by Cockpit AI CRM are refunded.
- Fees charged directly by third parties, such as Meta's fees for WhatsApp, follow those third parties' rules.
Disputing a legitimate charge with the card issuer (chargeback) without first asking Cockpit AI CRM is treated as non-payment: the account may be suspended until the matter is resolved.
6. Cancellation and non-payment
- The Customer may cancel at any time, under Plan and billing within the CRM, or through support. Cancellation takes effect at the next renewal, without penalty.
- If a payment fails or is not made, Cockpit AI CRM may suspend access until the matter is resolved. Data is kept during the suspension.
- The Customer may request permanent deletion of the account and data (see the Privacy Policy).
7. Acceptable use
- The Customer is responsible for having a legal basis (LGPD and other applicable laws) to store and use in the service the data of their customers, contacts and team members, and for informing the team about the monitoring of activities and results.
- WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and email messages may only be sent to people who have authorized contact. It is prohibited to send spam, buy lists, send misleading or illegal content, or violate the policies of Meta, carriers and email providers. Anyone who asks to opt out must be removed.
- It is prohibited to use the service for unlawful purposes, for harassment, to violate third-party rights or to attempt to access other customers' data.
- It is prohibited to decompile, reverse engineer, make copies of the service, circumvent limits or automate access outside the functions offered.
- Non-compliance may lead to suspension of features (for example, sending) or of the account.
8. Content published by the Customer
Photos, videos, texts, logos, trademarks and files that the Customer places in the service — for example, in property and product listings, the public storefront, forms, message templates and email campaigns — are the Customer's responsibility. By publishing them, the Customer declares that they hold the necessary copyright, image and trademark rights, or the authorization of whoever holds them (Law 9,610/1998 and Law 9,279/1996), and authorizes Cockpit AI CRM to store and display them solely to provide the service.
Anyone who believes that content published by a Customer violates their rights may notify atendimento@cockpitai.net.br, indicating the page address and the reason. Cockpit AI CRM will assess the notice and may take the content down, as well as inform the responsible Customer.
9. Artificial intelligence agents and automatic actions
The agents (Atlas, Lumi, Pulso, Zelo, Mike, Mira and others) produce answers, readings, notes, classifications, forecasts and texts using artificial intelligence models and calculations on the Customer's data. They are decision support: they can make mistakes, and they do not replace checking the data or the judgment of whoever makes the decision. A sales forecast is not a guarantee of results.
Some features change data or send messages: merging contacts, creating tasks and deals, sending surveys, campaigns, chatbot replies and emails. They run when an authorized user triggers them or leaves them on. Some actions cannot be undone, such as merging contacts or sending a message. It is up to the Customer to define who can operate each feature and to check before confirming.
10. Third-party services
Part of the service depends on third parties: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform, Messenger, Instagram and ads), Stripe (payments), Amazon SES (email), Cloudflare and Vercel (hosting), as well as Bitrix24, Zoho and the Google, Microsoft and Apple calendars, when connected. Changes, limits, blocks or failures of those services — such as Meta restricting or banning a number — are beyond Cockpit AI CRM's control. Cockpit AI CRM helps the Customer resolve whatever is within its reach, but is not responsible for those third parties' decisions.
11. Customer data
The data that the Customer places in the CRM belongs to the Customer. Cockpit AI CRM processes this data to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy, and does not use it for any other purpose.
The Customer may export the main records through the service's functions or request a copy from support while the account is active.
12. Availability, changes and support
Cockpit AI CRM strives to keep the service online, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be added, changed or removed, and preview features may change or end without notice. Support is provided in Portuguese, by email at atendimento@cockpitai.net.br and through the help channel inside the service.
13. Intellectual property
Cockpit AI, the brand, the code, the agents, the texts and the documentation are protected by intellectual property rights. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to the Customer.
14. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind other than those expressly set out in these terms. The figures displayed depend on the quality and completeness of what was recorded.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cockpit AI CRM is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, data loss caused by the Customer's use, decisions made based on the service or business interruption. Cockpit AI CRM's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the 3 (three) months preceding the event.
Where the Customer is a consumer, under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, the limitations in this clause do not override rights that the law does not allow to be limited.
15. Term and termination
These terms remain in force while the Customer has an account. Cockpit AI CRM may suspend or terminate the account in case of breach of these terms, use that puts the service or third parties at risk, or non-payment, notifying the Customer whenever possible. Before permanent deletion, the Customer may request a copy of their data.
16. Changes to these terms
Cockpit AI CRM may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the date at the top. Relevant changes are notified by email or within the service; continuing to use the service after the notice means accepting the new version.
17. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The Central Court of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil is chosen to resolve any dispute, waiving any other, except that a Customer who is a consumer retains the right to bring the action in the court of their place of residence.
Before taking any action, talk to Cockpit AI CRM: most issues are resolved through support (atendimento@cockpitai.net.br).
