A law firm lives on trust and organization. The person who writes on WhatsApp at night with an urgent question expects a reply; the client who received the fee proposal expects someone to pick the conversation back up; and the case in progress depends on deadlines and hearings that can't live only in one lawyer's memory.
Cockpit CRM organizes that service without doing any advertising. The firm starts with two pipelines: Intake, which runs from first contact to signed engagement, and Cases, which tracks hearings, deadlines and judgment through to closing. Each deal stores the area of law, the type of case, the case value and the fee. A law firm's workspace starts with no broadcast campaigns and no email marketing: it is for client service and internal organization.
Someone writes on WhatsApp at night with an urgent question, and by the time anyone replies, they have already contacted another firm.
The fee proposal goes out, the client says they'll think about it, and nobody picks the conversation back up.
Hearings and deadlines sit in scattered calendars and spreadsheets, and the firm depends on someone remembering.
Conversations, documents, and agreements live on each attorney's phone, away from the rest of the team.
With Cockpit, every client has a place in the pipeline and a next step scheduled.
The stages below come set up when you create your account, and you can adjust them to how your team works.
From first contact to signed engagement.
Hearings, deadlines, and ruling through case closing.
The secretary opens the queue: overnight messages are already in the CRM, with the client and where they came from.
The practice area and case type are noted, and the card moves to Consultation scheduled.
After the consultation, the attorney records the fee: flat, contingency, mixed, or monthly.
Once the contract is signed, the case moves on its own into the Cases pipeline, in progress.
Cases with an urgent deadline and hearings stay in view, with the next task scheduled.
Practice area, case type, claim value, and fee on every deal, with the practice area on the dashboard.
Set the deadline date on the case and use it in automations so the task goes out at the right time.
A contract signed in Intake becomes a case In progress in the Cases pipeline, with no retyping.
Client, opposing party, correspondent counsel, expert, and referrer linked to the case, each in their own role.
Fees, case without merit, conflict of interest: find out why each consultation didn't close.
Secretary, attorneys, and partners each see what they need. The owner sees everything.
Anyone who writes on WhatsApp enters the CRM with an open deal, with no duplicates for existing clients.
Secretary and attorneys on the same number, with a queue, transfers, and internal notes the client never sees.
Address, office hours, documents to bring to the consultation: one click and the answer goes out consistent every time.
Contracts, powers of attorney, and receipts stay in the conversation and in the client's history.
The AI Agent answers on WhatsApp in your firm's voice, answers general questions, books the consultation, and hands off to the attorney when needed.
The AI Agent is an add-on, from R$ 149 per month.
In the law firm workspace, broadcast campaigns and email marketing are turned off.
No. A law firm's workspace starts with no WhatsApp campaigns and no email marketing. The system is for serving the people who reached out to the firm and organizing case follow-up.
No system guarantees that by itself. The responsibility for complying with the code of ethics and the bar association's rules belongs to the firm. What Cockpit does is not offer mass-messaging tools for this type of workspace.
Each deal has the case data: area of law, type of case, case value and the fee, which can be fixed, contingent, mixed or monthly. The area of law appears on the dashboard, so the firm can see what each practice area represents.
You can set the deadline date on the case and use that information in automations, so the task goes out at the right time. Hearings and tasks live in the Calendar, with an owner. The CRM does not replace the firm's case-tracking system.
Each firm has its own workspace, separate from all others. Within it, access profiles (owner, manager, salesperson and supervisor) define what each team member sees. Conversations and documents stay in the client's history.
The law firm workspace comes without mass broadcasts: WhatsApp and email campaigns are turned off. It's client service, not solicitation.
The CRM comes with the firm's pipelines and WhatsApp on the same screen. The team keeps answering where they already do, just organized.
No. With the official API and Coex, the number also stays on your phone's app. You can also connect by QR Code.
Each firm has its own separate workspace, and each team member sees only what their role allows.
You pay for the size of your team, not per feature. Monthly, or yearly at a discount.
